User data deletion

You can delete the personal data FELLO stores about you, including name, photo, posts, and information copied from Facebook if you connected that account.

Delete from the FELLO app

1. Sign in at fello-app.com/login.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. This cannot be undone.

That removes your FELLO account, profile, and content we store for you. Group records that other members still need may keep a “Deleted user” placeholder.

Disconnect Facebook only

If you want to keep FELLO but stop using Facebook: open Profile, find Facebook, and tap Disconnect Facebook. Your FELLO name and photo stay as they are until you change them.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email belovedjohnbalmaceda@gmail.com from the address on your FELLO account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done.
