FELLO
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 19, 2026
FELLO (“we”, “us”) is a fellowship app for Christian small groups. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit fello-app.com.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide, such as name, email, photo, church, birthday, and bio.
- Content you post in groups or on the Sharing Wall, including photos, comments, prayer requests, Bible highlights, and messages.
- Group membership, invitations, and settings you choose.
- If you connect Facebook, we receive your Facebook name and profile photo so you can copy them into FELLO. We do not post to Facebook for you unless you choose a share action.
- Device and usage information needed to keep you signed in and send optional alerts.
How we use it
We use this information to run FELLO: your profile, groups, prayer, Bible, materials, live sessions, and notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Group posts, prayer, and chat are visible to members of that group. Sharing Wall posts are visible to people in groups you own or have joined. If you tap Share, you create a link that other people can open, including on Facebook or Messenger.
Storage
FELLO is hosted with trusted cloud providers. Data is stored so you can use the app across devices. We keep information only as long as your account is active, or as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, disconnect Facebook, and delete your account at any time. See Data deletion for steps.
